If you'd like to get hosted, then please read and follow these rules:

For sub domains I offer:
1 sub domain I 1ftp account(more if requested)
4 sysql databases I 4 e-mail accounts
up too 4 gb of web space I unlimited bandwidth(just dont use up to much)
PHP 5.1.2,CGI, and Pearl

10 sysql databases I 20 e-mail accounts
up too 10 gb of web space I unlimited bandwidth(just dont use up to much)

RULES

1.No porn or Hentai sites
2.sub domains have to link me on every page(button or word link I don't care which one)
3.You MUST know html,and css
4.You should know ftp(if not I can always teach you)
5.No direct linking sites unless I'm willing to do so(you may ask)
6.No MS paint quality graphics, I want to host some one with decent graphics
7.You have to use your own layout, no premades(so no layouts made by other people, gifts are ok)
8.You should update atleast once a month
9.You have to tell me whenever you're going on hiatus or you're closing, I have to be notified by you, not by me visiting your site and seeing a hiatus sign up
10.You get 30 days to set up,no longer than that unless you can only go on the cumputer once a week or something so just ask if you need more time
11.DON'T be afraid to ask for help =) I'm here to help and I wont chew your head off
12.Put 'ichi' beside your name when applying
